Refund policy

Whilst we make every effort to provide you with a quality product, should you have any problems, or if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Exchange

 

If there is an issue with the size of your Norte product, we will happily exchange it for the correct size. Please carefully select your size in accordance with the size chart to avoid paying for return shipping. If there is a fault with your product, please contact us and outline the issue is prior to returning your product. Faulty products will be replaced at no charge.

 

Returns

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase attached.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after receiving and inspecting the item. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
