Shipping Policy Update

As we endeavor to bring you a greater variety of eco-friendly products, free shipping on lower value orders are not always viable. Therefore, as of 20 September 2020, we will be charging a low flat rate of $7 for orders under the value of $50. We trust you will understand the need for this change. 

Domestic Shipping

Norte offers a flat postage rate of $7 for orders under the value of $50. Orders valuing $50 or greater will be shipped to you free of charge.

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post and tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch of your order. 

International Shipping

Norte offers a flat postage rate of $15 for international orders. Your order will be dispatched via Australia post and tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch of your order. 

Planet Friendly Packaging

Your Norte order will be packaged in recycled, recyclable or compostable packaging.
